The 12th Annual Crop Because You Care scrapbooking event is scheduled for Saturday, February 23rd from 10:00 A.M. to 10 P.M. The affair is being held at the Hilton Garden Inn, at 277 West Sego Lily Dr in Sandy, Utah. All proceeds directly benefit the Epilepsy Association of Utah.
Crop Because You Care has become the yearly fund raiser, according to Kris Hansen, Epilepsy Association of Utah Vice-President. People of all ages come from throughout Utah and as far away as California, Idaho, and Nevada with their scrap-booking supplies to crop the day away. There will also be a special drawing for a get-away, and a silent auction.

The Epilepsy Association of Utah is the largest non-profit 501(c)(3) statewide, voluntary health organization that provides awareness, education, support services, and advocacy for and in behalf of all those dealing with the many challenges of epilepsy/seizure disorders.

Nationally epilepsy affects more than three million Americans and over 200,000 new cases are diagnosed annually. One in 26 people will develop epilepsy and one in ten people will have a seizure at some point in their lives.
